By accepting a quotation or making a payment of invoice to use the services supplied, the User acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. PRIVACY POLICY
By submitting your details to this Site you will be deemed to have agreed to the privacy policy of aW Communications Sdn Bhd.
2.1. Collection
The Chicliving web server does not recognise or collect any personal information unless you send us information by completing the Contact Form, Registration, email, or other form of communication. Personal information about yourself may include but is not limited to your name, phone number, address and email address. The personal information you provide during the registration or contact process will be used to provide information that you request, register you on a course, and provide you with further information about other services. The IP address of users and pages accessed by users are recorded in order to improve the content of the site and enable us to meet users’ training needs.
2.2. Users’ Feedback
Any information that users submit through this Site by way of feedback, comments and ideas will be considered non-personal, non-proprietary and non-confidential. If you transmit any ideas, information, concepts, techniques or materials to us through this Site, you hereby grant aW Communications an unrestricted, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, transmit, display, perform and distribute them in any medium, and agree that aW Communication is free to use such information for any purpose.

Any personal information that you provide to aW Communications will be held by aW Communications. aW Communications may keep and use your personal information to develop records, including records of your personal information; research and analyse our services; de-identify your information, so that it becomes non-personal information; enforce this Privacy Policy and keep for any reason identified by us a legitimate reason to disclose your personal information.

3. WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1. Registration and Payment
To register for our workshops, you must complete the registration process as provided on this website. You are deemed to have taken up the offer by completing registration, and aW Communications reserves the right to accept or decline the application for registration to a workshop. All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia.
Bookings and places will be confirmed only when payment has been received by aW Communications. Proof of payment is not proof of receipt. Upon receiving your registration and payment, aW Communications will send you a confirmation email and a receipt for your payment. Please keep a note of your booking details for your own records.
In the event the workshop, which you have registered and paid for, is full, you may transfer your registration to another workshop of the same value. If an alternative workshop is not available, a full refund will be given.
3.2. Cancellations and Refund Policy
3.2.1. Cancellation and rescheduling of workshops and/or classes
aW Communications reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop and/or class. If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop and/or class, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
We reserve the right to engage an alternative workshop coach or facilitator. If it is not possible for us to find a suitable alternative coach/facilitator, we will liaise with you as soon as we can to set up another date with the original coach/facilitator. We do not pay compensation for consequential loss as a direct or indirect result of the workshop/class being cancelled.
If we have cancelled a workshop/class and have not engaged an alternative coach/facilitator, we will return any payments in full received in advance to you, and this will be the maximum limit of our liability to you. We will not refund any other costs you may incur as a result of this cancellation.
3.2.2. Participants’ cancellation and/or missed classes
If you cancel a class you have enrolled and paid for, only 50% of the total amount is refundable if cancellation is made in writing at least 10 working days before your scheduled workshop commences. No refund will be given if you cancel less than 10 working days before your scheduled workshop commences. No refund will be given for missed classes.
If you are unable to attend a workshop you have registered for, you may substitute a replacement to attend on your behalf at no extra cost before the workshop starts. Replacements for missed classes are not allowed.
aW Communications has the right to cancel a class or workshop if a minimum enrolment is not met. In such cases, a full refund will be given.
3.2.3. Participant substitution
Any registered participant who cannot attend a workshop may be replaced by a substitute at any time before the workshop starts. Please contact us in advance and give full details of the substitute who will attend in your place. This request must be made in writing to aW Communications at least 3 working days in advance.
3.3. Workshop Fees
The Speak Up workshop fee covers as a minimum: tuition, workshop notes or handouts, and light refreshments for the duration of the workshop.
3.4. Number of Participants
The maximum number of participants for our workshops varies depending on the workshop programme.
3.5. Variation of Arrangements
aW Communications reserves the right to vary arrangements for its workshops, such as venue and coach/trainer, and in such cases will make all reasonable efforts to inform participants in advance.
3.6. Limitation of Liability
aW Communications accepts no responsibility for accident, injury or loss suffered whilst attending our workshops/classes nor any loss incurred whilst using material or information gained at any of our workshops/classes.

3.8. Copyright
The copyright of all our material during the training rests with aW Communications and cannot be photocopied or distributed. The workshop may not be recorded in any format without the express written permission of aW Communications prior to the workshop.
3.9. Participants’ Release of Rights
Certain portions of the workshop may be filmed by aW Communications for coaching, evaluation or promotional purposes. aW Communications reserves the right to use, at no extra cost, participants’ photos, comments and/or videos taken during the course of the workshop for marketing and promotional purposes. Participants hereby grant aW Communications an unrestricted, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, transmit, display, perform and distribute in any medium, their photos, comments and/or videos and agree that aW Communications is free to use such information for coaching, marketing and promotional purposes.
3.10. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless aW Communications (including, but not limited to, aW Communications’ officers, agents, partners, employees and subsidiaries from any claim arising from the participant or any third party as a result of participating in the workshops.
All workshops are provided on an as is, as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
aW Communications expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that the workshops will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted.
No oral advice or written information provided or published on the website by aW Communications or its employees will create a warranty; nor may participants rely on any such information for advice. aW Communications and its partners and suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from attending the workshops.
3.11. Variation to Terms
aW Communications reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time and the current version will be that published on our Site.
3.12. Acceptance of Terms
Through registering for a workshop or class, participants are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions for all services.
